Solving OUTLOOK 2010 SEARCH NOT WORKING Issue

Actually I found 2 ways to resolve this issue and I would like to share with you all.

1. Download and run this then it will prompt us what are the issues is having and need to resolve.(Good one)

2.This is Applies to: Windows 7 OS with upgrade of Office 2010 with Outlook from Office 2007 or 2003.
      1). Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features >> Turn Windows Features on or off
      2). Tick (check mark) the Indexing Service check box and hit OK
